His experience spans software development, solution architecture, project management, Agile coaching, product leadership, and delivery governance.

Mobin's professional journey began as a software developer and evolved through roles including Lead Developer, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Chief Architect, and Product Manager. This unique combination of technical depth and leadership experience enables him to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

He has worked with organizations ranging from startups to large multinational enterprises, leading cross-functional teams of up to 32 members and delivering solutions across domains such as automotive, finance, insurance, media, recruitment, hospitality, and business operations. His expertise includes Scrum, Agile transformation, product management, stakeholder engagement, delivery excellence, team coaching, and continuous improvement.

With a strong technical background in .NET, Node.js, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture, Mobin believes that successful product delivery requires a balance of people, process, and technology. He is passionate about helping teams embrace Agile principles while maintaining a relentless focus on customer value and business outcomes.
